Every growing center reaches a point where it needs another strong leader: someone who knows the children by name, keeps the day running smoothly, and makes every family feel welcome. This June, that person joined our team.
We are excited to introduce Ms. Vanessa Wright, Assistant Director of Benevolent House Academy.
Ms. Wright brings more than 20 years of experience in childcare and holds her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. A mother herself, she has cared for and taught children at every age and stage, from infants to school-age.
Ms. Wright supports our teachers and families every day. She helps our classrooms run smoothly, answers parent questions, and makes sure every child has what they need. She works alongside our Director, Ms. Haddie Mashburn, and the rest of the BHA leadership team to keep our standards high and our days joyful.
At BHA, we believe leadership is not about a title. It is about showing up for children and for the people who care for them. Ms. Wright brings that heart to her work.
