On May 18, 2026, Benevolent House Academy officially opened its doors.
I will always remember that first morning: the first families walking in, little hands holding big hands, and the moment everything we had worked toward became real.
To the families who joined us in those first days, thank you. You trusted a brand new center with your children before we had a long track record. You believed in what we were building, and we do not take that lightly.
Those first weeks were full of firsts. First drop-offs, some with tears and some with waves. First naps on new cots. First photos shared through Brightwheel. First circle times where children learned one another’s names.
We learned a lot, too. We adjusted routines, listened to our families, and grew as a team every single day. That is what a new center does, and we embraced it.
Most of all, we watched children begin to feel at home. There is nothing like seeing a child who was unsure on the first morning start running in to greet their teacher.
This is why we built BHA. Thank you for being part of the beginning.
