| Closures | 16 days each year (see the calendar). When Halloween falls on a weekday, we close at 5:00 PM. |
| When to Stay Home | Fever of 100.4°F or higher, vomiting, or diarrhea. Return after 24 hours symptom-free without medication. |
| Meals | Breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack included. BHA is an egg and nut free facility. |

All children must arrive by 9:00 AM. Late arrivals require a doctor's note or prior written approval from the BHA leadership team.
Tuition is due every Friday in advance of the following week. Autopay is required for all families and is set up during enrollment.
Children must be symptom-free for at least 24 hours (without medication) before returning to the center after an illness.
A $1 per minute fee applies after 6:00 PM. Please plan ahead and communicate if you are running late.
Children are only released to individuals on the authorized pickup list. Anyone our team does not yet know must show a valid photo ID.
A two-week written notice is required for withdrawal. Speak with the BHA leadership team, and we will send the Withdrawal Notice form through Brightwheel. Tuition is due in full through the final two weeks.
We follow Red Oak ISD. If Red Oak ISD closes, BHA is closed. On a delayed start, we open when Red Oak ISD schools open. Watch Brightwheel for every announcement.
We practice fire drills monthly and severe weather and lockdown drills quarterly. Our full Emergency Preparedness Plan is available for review at the center.
BHA is an egg and nut free facility. Birthday treats must be store-bought, in the original package, and cleared with your child's teacher at least 3 days ahead.
