Each month, BHA centers on a character trait like kindness, courage, patience, or respect. Through classroom activities, stories, and recognition, children learn what it means to be a good person, not just a good student.
Every day at BHA begins with connection. Our classrooms use feelings boards, calm-down corners, and relationship-building circles to help children name their emotions, feel heard, and build the self-regulation skills that last a lifetime.
We celebrate every kind of family. Our family connection practices honor the diverse structures of the families we serve. Every child sees their family reflected and respected at BHA.
Every day at BHA, children are building, painting, singing, exploring, and discovering. Our classrooms are active, hands-on environments where learning happens through play, creativity, and meaningful interaction with teachers and peers.
Behind every activity is Known & Growing, the curriculum created by Benevolent House Academy and rooted in our mission. It places social-emotional learning and character development at the heart of each day, guiding our daily feelings check-ins, our monthly character traits, letter and early literacy learning, and original books and activities written by our own team. Each Friday, children bring home a portfolio of the week’s work so families can see their growth.

Saturday care begins November 7, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM for children ages 2 to 10, at $65 per week for a reserved Saturday spot, with lunch and a snack included. Many Saturdays have a fun theme, with games, crafts, music, and outdoor play. Sunday care (12:00 PM to 6:00 PM) is opening soon. A trusted place for your child while you work the weekend shift.
Care for children ages 2 and up whose families work evening shifts, with the same warmth and structure they know from the day.
A full-day summer program for school-age children through age 13, with themed weeks, field trips, reading, outdoor play, and hands-on projects.
We believe families should not have to worry about surprise costs. Here is what is covered and what to expect.
The supply/activity fee is due September 1st each year. Families enrolling mid-year pay a prorated amount. Tuition is due weekly, each Friday in advance of the following week of care. For full tuition rates by age group, visit our enrollment page.
