Help us build a childcare center where every child is seen, supported, and set up to thrive.
At Benevolent House Academy, you are not just filling a role. You are helping build something from the ground up: a childcare center designed around the belief that every child deserves to be met with patience, purpose, and care.
BHA was founded by a family of nine children whose journey through foster care and adoption inspired everything we do. The work we do here is personal. You will be part of a team that genuinely cares about the children and families we serve.
Our founders are hands-on and invested in your success. We value open communication, professional growth, and a workplace where your voice matters.
As a new center opening in April 2026, you have the rare opportunity to be part of a founding team. Shape the culture, grow with us, and build your career from day one.
We invest in our team. BHA provides ongoing training and professional development opportunities to help you grow your skills and advance your career in early childhood education.
As a 24-hour center, we offer a variety of shift options. Whether you prefer days, evenings, or weekends, we work with you to find a schedule that fits your life.
BHA team members receive a discount on childcare enrollment for their own children. Take care of families all day, knowing your family is taken care of too.
We are building our founding team. If you are passionate about working with children and want to be part of something meaningful, we want to hear from you.
